By accessing or using the Uplifta website (uplifta.com.au) or engaging Uplifta Pty Ltd ("Uplifta", "we", "us") for premarket property optimisation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Uplifta provides premarket property optimisation - including property review, planning, coordination of trades, repairs, styling and presentation prior to a property being marketed for sale. The specific scope, deliverables, timing and price for each engagement are set out in a written plan or proposal provided to you before any work commences.

3. Use of this website

The information on this site is provided for general information only. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, infringes another party's rights, or could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with another user's enjoyment of it.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, logos, brand names, imagery, video, layout and design - is owned by or licensed to Uplifta and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing of the site.

5. No guarantee of sale outcome

Projected sale uplift figures are estimates based on comparable local sales and our experience. Property markets are influenced by many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee a specific sale price or timeframe. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, real estate or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about your property.

6. Third parties

We coordinate with independent trades, suppliers, stylists, agents and other service providers as part of delivering our services. While we vet the parties we work with, we are not liable for their independent acts or omissions beyond what is required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplifta excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
